Clinical RN Operations Director - Registered Nurse Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency. We currently have an opportunity for a Clinical Operations Director (RN) in Manhattan, NY.Key Functions: Review the Field Nurse Supervisors' productivity reports and ensure that all documentation is submitted within policy requirements. Review clinical documentation for quality and completion. Ensure that the Clinical Operations Manager is reviewing the Clinical Automation system daily. Responsible to report in issues with Clinical Automation to Training Mentor immediately. Ensure that nurse visits are assigned per regulation and contract requirements for admissions, revisits and changes in member's condition. Work with the Clinical Operations Manager and Clinical Support staff to ensure that schedules and cases are properly coordinated. Work with the Clinical Operations Manager on a weekly basis to review client compliance in Arrow to ensure all visits are scheduled timely in Clinical Automation. Review all occurrences and complaints that clinicians are responsible for completing. Responsible for ensuring that the Clinical Operations Manager and Clinical Coordinators are faxing, mailing, and tracking doctors' orders to ensure that they're signed within 30 days of client admission. Track and maintain visit logs and update as necessary. Primary responsibility for all training (new hires and existing employees). This includes Clinical Operations Manager and Clinical Support Coordinators, specific to their job descriptions and tasks.Qualifications: RN (BSN required). Must have current, valid and unencumbered state license. Minimum of two years of home care experience. Must have experience in staff supervision. Solid experience with computerized systems (Word, Excel and Power Point). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Travel may be required for business purposes. If so, the employee must be able to use public transportation and/or have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which they work and a satisfactory driving record.
